MP Bio의 FastPrep® 비드 호모게나이저를 특별하게 조제된 버퍼 MB1과 Lysing Matrix E와 함께 사용하면, 수십 초 이내 다양한 샘플을 효율적으로 파쇄할 수 있습니다. Column MB와 버퍼들은 고농도, 고순도 gDNA 추출을 가능하게 하며, 이렇게 추출된 DNA는 qPCR, 제한효소 반응, 시퀀싱 등 다양한 downstream application에 바로 사용할 수 있습니다.
