Product Description

Diagnostic Kit for T3 is based on fluorescence immunoassay technology.

The test cassette contains T3 antigen and T3 antibody.

The specimen moves through the strip from sample pad to absorbent pad. T3 in the specimen will compete with the T3 antigen coated on the strip. The less T3 in the specimen, the more fluorescent microspheres conjugated with anti-T3 antibodies can be captured by the T3 antigen coated on the strip. The concentration of T3 in the sample is inversely related to the intensity of the fluorescent signal captured on the T line. According to the fluorescence intensity of the test and the standard curve, the concentration of T3 in the sample can be calculated by the MP Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer to show T3 concentration in the specimen.

The T3 Test Cassette should only be used by approved medical professionals.
